one of those jank cards that was always alot of fun to pull off. i don't think it went off as much as you planned, which was dissapointing, and which, ultimately, regulated it to the "casual player's" status. however, it was ALOT of fun when it DID go off. and you could say, out loud in a multiplayer game that you were, "...now executing a 'captain's maneuver.'" heh. recommend for those of you with , ahem, PRESENCE..............
