I love this card. I am the first person in my part of Illinois to run counter-burn... and if I come across anyone who thinks this card sucks, I go right ahead and punch them in the eye. Its Impulse and lightning blast, with a slight mana bargain... and on top of that, you can do it at the end of their turn.

This card fits so very nicely into anything blue/red you are trying to do. Its a lightning blast that lets you dig for a fact or fiction, or accumulated knowledge. The card drawing that this card can set up is pretty sick. I've had some very very good results with this card.

Use you common sense. A Lightning Blast and an Impulse in one card, plus it's cheaper than if you cast both seperately.
