This card is finally seeing it's day, particularly in current drafts under the new name "essence scatter". What I like about this and negate in the current environments is that they only cost 1 blue, and 2 converted mana compared to the cancel's 2 blue, and 3 converted cost, making them great for stopping early spells, and splashable in any deck.
