Blightning is better than this, but this is usable if you are already playing Blightning, or if you are playing Mono Black. I'm side boarding 4, they're still great against control decks.

I've seen these played a lot, and they're pretty good, but blightning is simply better. the mana cost is less splashable, but it just tacks on an incinerate. thats insane.
