This is a good weenie slayer, as long as your opponent doesn't have any Glorious Anthems and the like out, he'll have to say goodbye to his goblins or saprolings or whatever else 1/1 there is on the field. The downside is that your creatures are also affected, but if you don't play a weenie deck yourself, it's not going to hurt you as much. It's useful in some circumstances, but not others.
