When combined with the right bouncing cards (e.g., Escape Routes), the Scout can be one powerful little creature. He's best, however, in melee play (with more than one opponent, where you're most likely to face multiple red/black-colored creatures), but he can be a nice addition to the duelist's sideboard as well.
