This is a great Game One card in any Main Deck! It brings immediate versatility & is easily sided-out in Games Two & Three.

It's the most useful "Voice Angel" of the six, as this one allows you to choose what you want her to have protection from instead of having it selected for you on the card. She's fairly useful, especially against a mono colour deck. On the lighter side, the picture shows her with a certain ferality that is uncommon in a white card.

excellent card. i played with this in a nuisance deck for 4+ years. it and 'soltari visionary' were usually my finishers. along with 'mother of runes' and 'standard bearer' this baby was almost unbeatable. of course, mass destruction was the achilles heel of this deck, but i always wanted to revisit the theme with some of the new cards like 'exalted angel,' 'second sunrise,' and 'aurioch champion' amongst others. i think between novices and amateurs it was a little bit overlooked because it was a 2/2 flyer for four. it did make a splash in the then type two environment i believe, but i haven't heard much since. although my ear hasn't been exactly glued to the ground. in conclusion, an unbelievably good deal that's worth a try in your deck. you shouldn't be dissapointed..............

A great card. It gains protection from a color of your choice and has flying. Add a serra's embrace and you got yourself a serra angel with protection from a color of your choice.
