I think Archangel is a super card.Seven mana for a 5/5 flying -- By Brett Cressler from rockwall,Texas on April 18, 2002 |

Too much mana for a 5/5 flying. Serra Angerls are considerably better. -- By Anonymous from Philadelhpia, PA USA on November 14, 2002 |

Wow, this card is definitaly worth it. A 5/5 flying for 7 mana that can block and attack in the same turn, its, its, its kind of like handing out free PS2s. -- By Sam from Philadelphia, PA on November 14, 2002 |

great defence power and attack power, great catch, and a fair mana cost. really good card. -- By Benjamin Dugas from North Smithfield R.I. USA on December 23, 2002 |

Because it's somewhat similar to the Angel of Retribution, I tend to compare the two of the cards often. For the same casting cost, you get the same angel, only the First Strike is switched for Vigilance. Vigilance makes the Archangel better defensively, which is slightly better than first strike in the long run, but Archangel will also die if your opponent is attacking with a 5/5 monster. Archangel is a little more mana specific which is a minus.

However, Archangel doesn't really compare to Serra Angel though. Serra may be weaker, but she costs 2 less so she's slightly faster. -- By Rogonandi from Edmonton, AB Canada on February 20, 2007 |

I give it five stars just for having the art that it does. -- By Ian from Pittsburgh, PA on December 21, 2007 |
