**** Extremely underrated card. Only con is that in order to counter the spell, you have to outnumber your opponent in untapped mana. This card allows you to counter a spell, AND forces opponent to tap all available lands and drains their mana pool, thus preventing any spells or abilities from being played later in their turn. Very versatile

**** Had 4 of this in my deck for early counter spell usage (reserving the original counterspell in my hand). If there is no use for it, I discard it with Force of Will. Very versatile and underrated card. 4 stars because it's actually a pump counterspell.
