***** I can see how two mana would be a hefty price. You may only be on turn one, after all. But hey, you'd probably get your Lllanowar Elf out by then for 3 mana on turn 2, meaning you get to play this and a Fyndhorn Elf. So by the start of turn 3 you'll have 3 creatures and 7 mana to play with, including the ability to splash any color you want. Yeah, that's awful.

***** 2 mana, oh dear, what misfortune. I can't play with this card because it takes 2 mana to play, I just can't afford that. What am I gonna do, cast this, then WAIT to cast lightning bolt?! NO! Bad card! In all sincerity, this card actually kicks a lot of buns, and for the whiners, you only have to pay the mana cost once, and even then, its like, 2 lands.

**** This card rules. I have one in my red/green deck and it really helps pump out the mana. The only down side to this card is it's toughness.
