These sleeves are just plain horrible. I think i was able to play about 5 games with them before they began to break. They are too small, and the fact that they are even related to the magnificent Super Blue and Super Green made by the same company baffles me. -- By Mike from California US on February 07, 2003 |

I have been using this particular brand and type of protectors for approximately 4 years now and have not had a single one break. They are perfectly sized for MTG cards with about 1/8 inch left at the top when cards are in them.
Most importantly they are a consistent size from order to order, showing good quality control by the manufacturer. IE I have used other brands that cut their protectors too short in one batch and too long in another batch not allowing old ones to be used with new ones without having a marked deck.
These are by far my favorite type of protector as the black background looks good with black bordered cards and I have never had a problem with not being able to order more when needed. -- By Darrell H. from Farmington, Il. USA on November 27, 2006 |

Ignore the other reviews. These sleeves are the best that I have owned. They are durable, scratch and shuffle reistant, as well as all being uniform in cut. I have been playing tcg's and ccg's for the better part of nine years and these are the best sleeves that I have owned -- By Rogue Elf Adam from MI-USA on June 05, 2007 |

I can't testify as to the durability of these sleeves for play; but for archiving and binder storage, they are the best by far. They are slightly smaller in size than most other sleeves, and some thought went into this. For binder storage, two sleeved cards will fit back-to-back (and upside-down) into each slot of a 9-pocket plastic page without any stress or buckling to the sleeve or card. They are a perfect fit and provide perfect protection for long-term storage in pages. (I also highly recommend Unikeep closeable binders for set storage.)
As to play, KMC Super Sleeves have a light, glossy hand feel which I suspect I would enjoy if I were a gamer instead of a collector, even if it meant replacing them occasionally. -- By L. B. from CA USA on September 24, 2007 |
