This 4th Edition complete set consists of one each of all 378 cards, including basic lands. The complete list is here. We have personally inspected this hand collated set, to make sure it is complete, and the average condition of all the cards is in near-mint.

Of the 378 cards in the 4th edition set, the most famous cards are: Wrath of God, Birds of Paradise, Royal Assassin, Ball Lightning, and Bad Moon.

You could instead purchase a sealed 4th Edition Booster Box or a 4th Edition Booster Pack, and build your own set.
