Equipment: Game Board 80 Hotel Units 2 Dice 1 Color Die A Deck of 28 Fortune Cards 20 Property Cards 4 Tokens, a baby buggy, a roller skate, a sail boat, and a moped. Object: There's new excitement building down by the old boardwalk. Hotels are on the rise and everyone wants to get in on the ground floor. How abbout you? Will you make a million-dollar splash in the waterfront property? Or sink beneath the wave of competition?
