“Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway Terms and Conditions

How to Participate:

1. TrollAndToad.Com Users may be entered into the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway by either:

a) Using the Coupon Code: HUGE which is provided to all users Free of Charge.

NOTE:

By using the Coupon Code: HUGE, TrollAndToad.Com will automatically enter contestants as a convenience to our valued customers and you agree that no consideration has been made by either party for your participation in the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway promotion. If you do not wish to participate please notify TrollAndToad.Com Customer Service by email at entries@trollandtoad.com or in writing at 250 American Greeting Card Rd. Corbin, KY 40701. Notification must be received no later than 5pm (EST) Wednesday, April 18th.

b) Sending a “No Purchase Necessary” request for entry by email to entries@trollandtoad.com or in writing to 250 American Greeting Card Rd. Corbin, KY 40701 which includes your full name, address, and daytime phone number.

2. General Conditions:

Only one entry per person. All entries must be received no later than 5pm (EST), Wednesday, April 18th to be included in the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway promotion.

TrollAndToad.Com customers who do not wish to participate in the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway promotion should notify TrollAndToad.Com Customer Service by email to entries@trollandtoad.com or in writing to 250 American Greeting Card Rd. Corbin, KY 40701 no later than 5pm (EST) Wednesday, April 18th.

The winner's name will be posted on the TrollAndToad.Com Facebook page. Winner need not be present to win. Winner may be notified by telephone and/or e-mail.

By entering, all participants and/or entrants release TrollAndToad.Com and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Promotion. This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited by law.

TrollAndToad.Com’s decisions with respect to the potential recipient of the giveaway and any other matters pertaining to the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway promotion shall be final. The potential recipient of the giveaway MAY be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If TrollAndToad.Com is unable to contact the potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential recipient of the giveaway fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential recipient of the giveaway fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize recipient shall be selected by random.

By entering the “Galactic Giveaway” Giveaway promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

This promotion is a no purchase necessary FREE benefit and prizes may not be transferred or exchanged.

TrollAndToad.Com employees and their family are excluded from participating in this promotion.
