Elder Blue Dragon #15 Lords of Madness D&D Miniatures

This is a brilliant mini and, in my opinion, one of the very best dragons. The photo really doesn't do justice to the scult, which is extraordinary. The dramatic pose, astounding detail, and superb paint really make this figurine stand out. It is a huge blue dragon that looks like it could tear apart any group of PCs. I am definitely going to use this for the huge blue dragon in the Horde of the Red Hand module!

This guy is amazing. The sculpt is one of the best to come out of wizards in a while. Troll and Toad has the best price around on him as well.

Got this one in my third LoM box; the awesomeness is ridiculous. The cardboard in the box is specially cut just so this bad boy will fit in, and the detailing is great. I need to plan a whole dungeon just to give myself an excuse to plant this beast in front of the party and laugh maniacally. Only problem is I'm tempted to work on a Liquid Snake voice since the Malygos resemblance is more than passing ... probably the best model in my collection right now.

This chase mini from LoM didn't dissapoint. I love it! It might just be my fav of the huge dragons, I tend to like it even more than the elder white dragon from the Against the Giants set, which was my fav previously. However, the elder blue is quite expensive. If you are looking for a huge dragon to use as a proxy for all huge dragons, use the elder green dragon from Legendary evils; it is also an excellent mini, and much more affordable.
