This is definitely the best kuo-toa, creatures that feature prominently in my Underdark campaigns. Whips are clerics and leaders and this one is adorned with a gold crown and other accountrements. It is a bit flimsy, but the design and paint are superb and it is a very eye-catching piece.

As a DM, I'm not really looking to collecting figures for their DDM game value or even necessarily their aesthetic value. But every once in a while a DDM figure catches my eye just because it's so well rendered. That is the case with the Whip; I was prepared to dislike it because I have no use for Kuo-Toa in my campaign, but... The paint job and molding detail on this guy stands out in quality above most of the DDM miniatures I own.
