What is Troll Cash?
Troll Cash is TrollAndToad.Com's website credit. Your Troll Cash can be used to purchase anything on the site, there are no restrictions! Your Troll Cash can be used during checkout after you select your payment method.
How do I use Troll Cash?
During checkout, just enter the amount you wish to use and click Add. If you desire to pay the entire order with Troll Cash, we recommend selecting Cash as the payment method!
How much are your shipping prices?
Shipping rates are calculated by the size and weight of the items ordered as well as the delivery location. If you wish to calculate shipping costs, add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your address and then select the shipping method you wish to use. The shipping cost will be displayed there.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Shipments made via UPS are traceable from the time they are picked up at TrollAndToad.Com, and are usually delivered between 1 and 5 business days after their ship date. Shipments made via USPS are not always traceable, and delivery can take from 1-3 days for Priority Mail and up to 45 days for all other services.

Can my package be sent to a forwarding facility?
You are permitted to send your mail to a forwarding facility. However, we do not guarantee any package beyond its arrival to the listed address on your order. This is because we do not endorse or have a working relationship with these forwarding companies and as a result cannot guarantee the condition of items in their care or that your items will be delivered.
When items are sent to these facilities they are packaged for domestic shipping and, if shipped via First Class Letter, are sent via standard letter mail. When shipping to these facilities we recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking so it can be confirmed when a package is delivered or lost when in transit to the facility. If a package is marked arrived when shipped to a forwarding facility or shipped without tracking, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. You will need to contact the facility itself with any issues.
What is the security queue, and how do I complete it?
In an effort to protect our customers as well as our company we use our security queue to verify that the person placing an order on our web site is an authorized user of the credit card used for the purchase.
Orders in our Security Queue will receive two separate charges which equal the order total. Either charge may be used to verify the order so that the order may be shipped. This amount can be verified by logging into your account and clicking on the link to "View Current or Old Orders", then clicking "On Security Queue" status of your order to be prompted to complete the verification process. Please note, the $0.01 charge will not complete the security queue if used.
Can you declare my order as a gift or mark the value very low?
TrollAndToad.Com follows all International Customs laws, and this is an act that is strictly prohibited. We declare full customs value on all orders.
Who is responsible for customs duties and fees?
You are responsible to investigate and determine what charges you will be assessed, and to pay those charges. We do not charge you for any additional customs duties or other charges assessed by government agencies.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can click on "My Account" and then the "View Recent or Old Orders" tab to cancel your order. If this option is unavailable, please Contact us if you need to cancel your order. We will be happy to take care of it for you provided the order has not yet shipped.
Can I get a discount on my order?
We pride ourselves in accurate industry pricing. To receive coupon codes as well as notification of our current and upcoming promotions, you may join our mailing list on the front page of our web site.

What if I want to return an order?
You must click here to fill out a Return Information Form and return the item within 7 days of its arrival.
If the product is received back in altered condition (e.g. a sealed board game opened, a booster box or pack opened, a crease on a near-mint role-playing book etc.), then it will be treated as a sale to us of a used item, not as a return, and your credit will depend on what we would normally pay for that used product (if any). If you wish to return a product, refrain from further damaging the product (i.e. "rip testing" card singles, etc.). This will negatively impact your opportunity for a return, up to and including direct refusal.
If you are requesting your return beyond 7 days of its arrival, or for an item in an altered condition, you may still be able to sell your item to our BuyList.
