At 40 points you'll almost want to kiss this frog prince for his longevity - at 6 clicks and a 19 defense up close he's likely to weather an attack from Storm, and end up in a pretty sweet spot after taking an initial hit of 4 or 5 damage. Leaping Lackey can make him get into position quicker - a very effective tie up piece with Plasticity given that he can move twice in a round and cover a lot of ground doing so.

His late dial SP can really give opponents trouble - with 3 Natural damage and a 10 attack there's plenty of decent options - Pulse Wave on active rounds, Poison on clearing rounds, etc. This update is by far *leaps and bounds* above his predecessor.
