This card has a lot of hype. Yh its like Time Walk for it's Miricle. But you have to draw it after ur upkeep. The most effective way is Ponder to make sure u draw it or with Scry abilities. It costs 7mana. Its crucial at that turn. What are the chances of u actually drawing it if ur most likely going to "Splash" in 1 or 2. Even then. This card is blue. blue decks tend to use Ponder(which is good). Gitaxian Probe. or players running Desperate Raving. U are more likely to draw it with a spell or ability than to normal draw. This card sucks in standard. Who knows I might be wrong. People can be crative.

My favorite ''Miracle'' card. When used with things like Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, or w/e this becomes an efficient ''poor man''s Time Walk''. I like using this on Turn 5, after setting up 4 copies to the top of my library via Insidious Dreams, and generally winning.
