i use this in my artifact deck. i have many different win conditions and this is part of one.
i use the basic metalworker + voltaic construct infinite mana combo and i make them draw about 50 cards. then i simply mill them. ive decked someone on turn 2 once. it was sweet:)
definite 5/5 card.

Right now I am working on a deck with an "Ebony Owl Netsuke" and two "Black Vise"'s.... By pumping up other player's handsizes, they will end up paying the price... Yes, everyone gets extra cards, but I could potentially end the game this way.

This card is pretty good in duels but its in multiplayer where it really rules. Saw one guy playing a type of drawgo (take extra turns deck) and he ended up decking every single person (9 players total) excluding himself by turn 6 and won... the drawing of cards came from this spell and boy was that crazy. I love this card. One thing I've tried before is combining this with Channel its like a Green/Blue Necropotence or Bargain and was very fun to play.

Prosperity doesn't work as well as you'd like it to in duels; usually, it helps both players equally, and the net effect is that it just speeds up the game. However, there are exceptions to this; for example, with a combo deck (the infamous ProsBloom being one of them, although it could be adapted for Academy), or a deck that is designed to work well with this card. In group games, however, this card has a clearly different effect. The effect is similar if you play Noble Benefactors, Veteran Explorers, Helms of Awakening, Howling Mines, etc. People tend to back away from you, since you're being friendly and helping everyone. In fact, cards like these have helped me win many melee tournaments, as I fueled all the players to destroy each other. When the final one was left, I started to get offensive (all those cards helped me, too, you know) and in his weakened state, he was no match. Thus, the key to prosperity is subterfuge -- wear a friendly facade, while you draw closer to your hidden kill card. Enj
