Wonderfully balanced. It allows for an X-based burner/creature kill/reanimator/fear-giver.
I like it because of it's incredible versatility, both in the X-cost and in the varying effects, it runs extremely well with mana excelleration, and i personally run a set of these in my MBC, it is a really great card. One might argue that this card shouldn't be ran as a 4-of in any deck under the argument that it is a late-game spell, this simply isn't so. I've seen on more than one occasion where i used it on 3rd or 4th turn to simply remove an annoyance and take a small chunk out of my opponent's life total. However, late-game it is incredibly nasy....

Absolutely most versatile command. Amazing in any deck than can manage the 2 black.

Great card! It's rare to see a card with such flexibility - allows for TWO truly effective abilities that can be used at the same time. Black direct damage combined with either -X/-X creature kill or return one of your creatures to play. Brutal! The fear ability can be useful but I believe the other three powers will be more effective and commonly used. A true change of momentum card - one that can reverse a position. I am really looking forward to playing with it and have already pre-ordered a playset.
