i dont like this on its own, because late game you can do like 10 damage to yourself. however. combined with rites of consumption, i really like it. fling two of your creatures, gain life to compensate for the murmors, cut down the damage dealt to you by two, hit your opponent for a good amount of damage, and then draw a full hand of cards! very nice.
