Use with Psychic Possession! You both draw 3 cards, which is...not really amazing or terrible. But play a turn-1 birds, turn 2 wooly thoctar, turn 3 psychic possession and pwn something with your thoctar. turn 4 this, and combine with the "power 5 or greater" cards from shards. (Because naya decks that splash blue are awesome) Combine with Vicious Shadows for some mono-red pounding, or put in a red-black megrim deck in case your opponent puked their hand so as not to have their cards discarded (that's where lavaborn muse comes in handy, but this is perhaps better because it can deal much more damage). Or with Spiteful Visions and Sudden Impact, maybe even underworld dreams. Use with Slithermuse to get a similar effect as Psychic Possession. Or with Pandamonium.
