Ghost Council of Orzhova

I don't agree with the guy above me. It's true that the damage on stack rule makes him not good in combat relation, but he still kicks serious butt in legacy formats. You may notice there're a lot of cards like Bitter Blossom and Spectral Procession that can continualy produce the tokens to make this card nearly unstoppable...

This is an amazing card. There has never been a game where I played this that I didn't win. A lot of people might look at the text and think "It's alright" but until you see it in action, you can't appreciate how nearly-impossible it is to kill, and how effectively it can stall your opponents attacks. This combined with Teysa gives you tons of tokens to feed its effect and there are tons of cards from the Ravnica block that give you tokens (Skeletal Vampire, Bellfry Spirit, Twighlight Drover, etc.) Don't underestimate the power of this card, in my oppinion it is by far the strongest, most game-impacting guild leader we have yet seen.

This card with the skeletal vampire, awesome combo for damage and life regeneration.

Uhh...can you say invincible?! Just sacrifice a 1/1 Spirit or Bat creature token that the Orzhov are so good in making and zap your opponent over and over!

If you play yugioh, think Strike Ninja, and you will see the point of this cards greatness. Probably see this in Worlds soon.

This card will dodge anything you throw at it! It will definetly see tournament play.

Awesome card, but he just isn't the same since the rules change.

There's a reason this card has dropped to .99. The rules change with m10 killed the effectiveness of it. I still like the 4/4 body for 4 mana, and the effect is still nice, but not being able to sac a creature with damage on the stack took this off the list of tournament level cards.
