Not so great in my opinion. Even with faeries coming up in Lorwyn, it's strictly worse than Time Spiral's Sprite Noble, which confers its bonus to ALL fliers, not just faeries, and is the same color as most recent faeries to boot. It was a nice try at early tribal design, but doesn't hold up today.
