Sower of temptation is not an outstanding card because of it taking control of an opponents creature, its because it messes up the opponents tempo. it being a 2/2 being easy to kill nevertheless states that your opponent HAS to deal with this before they can maintain their offensive or keep their defense, simple as that. casting this basically removes one of yoru opponents creatuers off of the list fo rthreats to worry about, adn with control that is all you are going for. dominating by disruption, not absolute power (unless you count cryptic command :/). Pair this with reveillark and the card advantage/opponents card disadvantage nearly guarantees victory in the longrun. This card is extremeley good, as their inclusion in many top rated decks have shown, and the reviews should reflect this.

Uhhm, for those that do not realize... this card is a Fairies Deck staple and Scion of Oona gives all fairies shroud. And also the fact that it is blue means that you prolly have some type of counter. With eventide out and the new persist Archmage, the Sower will become even stronger. Just my two cents.

I would have to agree in saying that this is one of the best cards in lorwyn, you get a creature steal in a set that is very creature based for 4 mana that is pretty good, throw in a 2/2 flyer in the deal and that is fantastic. Truly awesome card!

Every Faerie deck should have Scion of Oona in it which will help protect this guy with shroud. Play Rite of Replication paying the kicker and you get five of him and take five creatures from others. Congratulations, you just made enemies of everyone you targeted.

Very good card, blue runs counterspell and bounce. Some say its better than control magic, each are equally good in my opinion, i run both.

When you're running this card with multiple scion of oona's in play, you can baffle pretty much any opposing strategy.
An excellent card.

This card is okay. It's a 2/2 creature which isn't that hard to get rid of with most control or aggro/control. I still think this is a very good card it's a faerie wizard which isn't bad. Too bad they didn't give it flash lol the price of this card would have about doubled!

People say this card can just be killed with cards such as tarfire, so give it shroud. Do that and you have yourself a free creature!

same casting cost as control magic (and cheaper than persuasion)
2/2 flyer , with only slight logic in card design being creaturs are easier to destroy than enchantments
#1 card in lorwyn

good card unfortunatly with spin rock and burn around it wont remain stable with shock tarfire and countless other burn or creature removal
