I've gotten all sorts of crazy spells under this before. Inferno, Searing Wind, Dragon Storm, Din of the Fireherd, Chandra Nalaar/Ablaze, or Lavaball Trap... Ouch.

this card broke dragonstorm in two. coming into play tapped is not a disadvantage at all. very awesome!!

I prefer this in a simple burn deck. Lightning Bolt, Keldon Marauders, Flame Rift, Fireblast, etc. Can quite often kill on Turn 3. Just hiding away something like Searing Wind, Bogardan Hellkite, Volley of Boulders, or be really mean and play with Decree of Annihilation exiling everything in the game and leaving them crippled and everyone top-decking... Where you will be at an advantage with 1-2CMC burn spells.

this card works very good with dragonstorm. you hide the dragonstrom play three spells or more and deal nine damage then get the dragonstrom for 4 bogardan hellkites and the game.
