Just bought my 2nd Magic: The Gathering Deck Builder's Toolkit. Was looking for a Santa gift for my friends son. All I have to say is you get 4 rare to ultra-rare cards just in the booster packs. Most rare cards are $7.00 so your looking at $28 dollars back just from the 4 boosters. 100 land and 24 to 33 common and uncommon cards.

Its one of the best starters created and when its in stock you have to by it.

Thanks
zevermoon

This was the first thing i bought whenever I returned back to Magic after many years and let me tell you. I picked the best kit ever. In the boosters, I pulled a Baneslayer Angel, Emrakul: the Aeons Torn, Warren Instigator and an Eldrazi Temple. I was so stoked I went to buy another one (I also needed an extra box) and didnt have near the luck as the first time. the second box I didnt pull any Mythics but I did pull a Mirran Crusader and a Gelatinous Genesis. Not sure of the other rares i pulled out of that box. I LOVE THE TOOLKITS but i probably wont buy another one because i dont need all the extra lands and common/uncommons.

the cards are just awesome and I scored a classic collection.
If anyone out there is looking for cheap magic the gathering cards, then trollandtoad.com is the place to scope out great MTG, pokemon,/or other cards at prices that are easy on your wallet, you will not find a cheaper bargain anywhere else on the internet. I guarantee it.

i bought a deckbuilders toolkit from here and i was sooo excited to get it. one day after work i didnt want to wait any longer (its only been 3 days lol) and i wanted one now. i went to wal mart and got one for 1/3 more than this price here but i didnt care. i was happy to be getting it. i got home and opened it and there were barely any dupes. the most dupe i got was a great card, terramorphic expanse. i was very happy from the deckbuilders toolkit because it had cards and booster packs from the 4 major most recent sets, worldwake, rise of eldrazi, zendikar, and m11, and some cards from m10. the first 2 booster packs i opened i got a legendary rare creature card from. i was extremely happy. i got mostly uncommons which is awesome. i can really increase all of my decks output with these cards. i just cant wait for the one from T&T to get to my house so i can open it up and see if it is just as good as the one that i bought from wal mart. i cant wait. 5 STARS!!

Great for beginners looking to build a deck and even for experienced looking for alot of cards at a good price. Many good commons and uncommons mixed in for all colors giving the consumer the option to play a wide variety of strategies. The 4 rares to mythic rares in the booster are also great for strengthening decks and making gameplay interesting. I myself pulled a mythic rare with my first purchase. Ends up being an Ajani Goldmane planeswalker card. Definately worth the investment.

This was the greatest deal ever!! great price for 4 packs, a hundred lands, and 125 cards. Thats amazing. Lets do some math. 4 packs = $16 + 100 lands =$10 + 125(.30 per card) = $37.50
The final total is.... $63.60. Thats almost 5x as much.

You cannot get a better deal

Bought this and just started playing. The toolkit supports myself and a coworker for our lunch time gaming, plenty of deck building here for the both of us. He is intent on picking up his own toolkit to expand our options even further but they keep selling out here! Get it while you can!

Great way to get back into playing for those who've been out of the game for a while as well as people just starting out. Excellent cards plus 4 boosters all for 13.99! You can't beat that anywhere. I even pulled a Progenitus out of my Zendikar booster!!! I purchased mine with a pack of 50 uncommons from M10 which was a nice little addition.

[Admin edit: This is probably the best Zen pack ever. Progenitus isn't in Zendikar but in Conflux. Pretty sure Cameron meant conflux. Grats on your Progenitus!.]

Excellent set for new players. I bought 8 of these to help teach my kids how to play. We ended up doing a hybrid Sealed/Draft with them - everyone opens the sealed cards to get an idea of what's available, and then you draft from the four booster packs (which are one of each: M10, Conflux, Zendikar, and Worldwake). It was a ton of fun and the cost is exactly right for what you get.

What a great buy. Four boosters alone usually cost 12 dollars, then you get 100 lands and a bunch of really good cards! Note though: Booster packs are just booster packs so you should not expect anything better just because it comes inside the toolkit. And even though you could make decks for all the deck themes presented (because it will have okay cards for all of them), you will probably get some really good key cards for one or two of the themes, and thats is why it is a semi-random pack. Nonetheless very very satisfied and could ask for anything more, especially at the listed price.

Bought this really for the 100 lands, commons and Uncommon were great. I see allot of sealed tournament games being created from this box. I had a Black/Red 60 card deck ready to play in 30min one of the biggest problems with sealed tournament was having the card you need. This gives you about 24 to 33 of each color. Plus you get 4 rare to ultra-rare cards great purchase. Cards are a mix from 10th and newer expansions.

90% all right. I was disappointed that ALL of the land cards except those in the boosters were MTG 2010(even though I ordered past the October 1 2010 "expiration" date) but almost everything besides the lands are useable and I ended up with quite a few rares.

it apperas the 4 sealed packs included are also semi random. i see one post listing he recieved 1 each of M10, conflux, zendikar and worldwake. in this second kit i opened i got 2X zendiakr, 1X rise of the eldrazi and 1X worldwake. ( i dont remember what packs were in the first kit i opened).

A solid product. Previously, I suggested new player buy a Fat Pack, but this is an ideal set for anyone looking to build a deck or two. This set has about as many basic lands as you'll ever need, staple cards, and a few basic staple cards that'll fit into almost any deck of the appropriate colors.

Along with one of the upcoming precon decks for M11, the only thing new players could need would be a spin down life counter and some beads to keep track of counters and tokens.
