I use this guy with my Kokusho, the Evening Star.
Play a Kokusho, then discard one for 3 mana, use the 3 mana for Exhume, or pay for a use on Strands of Night.
Second Kokusho is in, they both die, congratulations, you just made your opponent lose 10 life, which you gained.
This card is almost vital for ANY black deck, but most of all for graveyard reclaimation
