this card is very good in multiplayer games especially if you have shifting sky in play so all nonland permanents are the same color. in a 2 player game though it will never get too big

this card should be relegated to casual play, where you happen to be playing several different opponents at once, as then it can be extremely powerful, espescially if multiple opponents are the same color. for tournament play however, forget about it. in 1 on 1 C.S. just doesn't have the punch to be worth it.
