I can't get enough of this awesome card. It is the one I go out of my way to collect. I have emtied entire cities of this fine card. I currently have over 800 copies from Alpha through 4th, and a number of fbb and Collector's Editions.

If I could afford to buy them all, I would.

I can always use another Black Knight 883!! and counting

For the longest time, there were two staple creatures for black: Hypnotic Specter and Black Knight. The Black Knight is either 'on curve' or ahead of the curve, since it only costs 2 mana to play and is a 2/2 first-striker. Protection from White is something of a bonus, and should not be your primary reason for playing this card.

The trade-off is that the 2 mana you need to play are both black, so this card ought to be harder to play in a multicolored deck. Of course, it ends up working out to about the same, since it *is* only 2 mana.

All-round, great card. Excellent for the early game, decent for the mid-game. And not even overly over-priced.

One of the best creatures in the game for the cost of 2. Even if your not playing white its a necessity in any black deck becouse with a few exeptions every low cost black creature suck. A great card to give you the edge early on in the game.

This is my favorite card of all time. I would rate this card 10,000 if I could. When equipped with bad moon and pendent of evil this could be the most invinsible card of all time. This is a card I want but dont have. My deck would be upgraded as much as is possible with this card. Really thats not possible since its at its height in power and with me wielding it I will win every championship I enter.

one of the best black cards ever made. BB for a 2/2 first stirke protection from white it. dark ritual + unholy strenth + Black Knight = 4/3 first stirke on turn one. ouch.

The knight is powerfull second turn playable creature, but i won't call it a necessity in every black deck. The flavour text on this card adds a nice element to this good card.

I like this card a lot, but not as much as the white knight. white is a better color. Black sucks.

A staple card in the black deck...2/2 first strike, prop white, for 2 black mana.

A 2/2 with white protection and first strike for 2 black? It's hard to get better than that in the early-game.
