no Glyph of Destruction only works when a wall blocks and it stops the damage delt to the wall but anyway rolling stones works great with wall of fire and wall of lava.

You should buy this card already because of its name. :) And yes, there could be some nice combos, like with glyphs from Legions, for example, two red glyphs (+10/+0 until EOT to target wall for just R) can instantly kill your opponent!
