I love this card! My favorite combo with it is with Lux Cannon and the clockwork creatures that tap to get +1/+1 counters.

Kill Switch, Mycosynth Lattice and This = Colorless lockdown; though a little pricey. Run with Urzatron, Trinisphere and Chalise of the Void for even Ghey'r Control. Just for kicks, throw in a Vedalken Orrery so you can spring on the lock at the end of their turn :)

This card rocks. The beautiful thing about it is that with it, in a chaos, you can the tap effects of artifacts during your opponents' turns.
