Works great in my black market deck. I sac an academy rector and get to put a counter on my market. I usually search for a decree of pain to further my market build up, kill any opposition and refill my hand. By then i usually have found an anarchist. I cast him to return the intent and sac him to fetch a disturbed burial. With the burial and recuring anarchist i go crazy. I like to laugh at people when they ask me why no demonic or diabolic tutor. usually i win with a ridiculously huge dungeon shade in one attack.

This card is a very good card. I believe it is much better than the Vampiric Tutor and is a key in any deck with very important cards that need to come out quick.

I think that this card is a must for all decks that include black. Diobolic intent wins me every game that i draw it. Some examples of good cards to fetch with it are: Lord of the dead(Sacrifice a zombie and then use the lords ability to get it back), Millstone, Phyrexian Arena, or any other card you want!
