Most undercosted blue beater in existence. Used in the top tier legacy deck, "Faerie Stompy."

This guy is fantastic ...in the right deck. If you're looking to make a deck around cheap, blue flyers, it might be better to go with Wormfang Drake (costs 2U). Wormfang is dramatically less-expensive (monetarily speaking) and it won't be killed by a single Lightning Bolt or other 3-point direct damage. The Sea Drake is the most powerful you're going to see for its cost, but other creatures like Wormfang Drake and Serendib Efreet might be more appropriate for your deck ...and your wallet.
