This card is underplayed at best, because this can be the anwser (along with the black hunted creature) to what mill decks need if they don't get their milling off to a good start. More importantly, your opponent isn't getting that great of creatures that you can just wipe out without little thought. Play it if your blue or U/B deck needs a new weapon.

Hunted Phantasm is the best hunted card 3 mana for a 4/6 unblockable and to clean up the goblin mess just play a tremor right after. I would all so suggest the savage beating combo with this guy too.
