at first glance this looks to be a so-so card at best. but with all the new black/blue milling cards and the fact that both Underworld Dreams and Megrim are standard legal...

Not too great on its own because of the symmetry, but its beautiful in a multiplayer game with Geth's Grimoire. Tap, draw a card, discard a card, draw three cards.

as said its good for milling. Late game plays well, you draw a card with a discard and they effectively mill 1 when they have no hand. It punishes them for having no hand!
