It''s fine, your opponent wasn''t planing on winning anyway.

Kozilek might be the most "vulnerable" in the sense that it lacks the protective keywords of Ulamog and Emrakul. Still, Kozilek draws you a load of cards when you cast him, which easily outweighs the fact that he dies to Doomblade. If nothing else, Kozilek is shuffled back into your library when it goes to the graveyard, so at the very least you drew 4 cards and your opponent wasted a Doomblade.

If you're constructing a casual Eldrazi deck and you're short on funds, but want to buy one of the three Eldrazi titans for your deck, I'd recommend getting Kozilek first. Emrakul's high casting cost makes it more of a situational card, and Ulamog's ability to destroy permanents become less relevant when your deck is filled with creatures with Annihilator anyway. Kozilek's ability, however, can always be of use - being the cheapest of the titans while drawing you a lot of cards, Kozilek is the easiest to cast while his ability for the most part is always relevant.

if your opponent kills him, who cares? you still get 4 cards when you cast the guy. the only way this card won't win you the game is if your opponent has a stifle AND a counterspell. at that point he's used up 2 spells on your one. EPIX!
Not only is he a solid beatstick, but he butchers the truth. Truth just got pwned by Kozilek! PEW PEW!

Ulamog destroys target permanent upon entry. You play Kozilek. I play Ulamog. You can't kill a 10/10 indestructible, and after you sacrifice 4 of your lands every turn, you forfeit. I win.
Seriously its not that easy to kill a indestructible... but 10/10! You won't get infect on him ten times, and unless your the luckiest person ever will you have a card that makes me sacrifice creatures... Kozilek has a weakness as big as any great card: Doom Blade, Terminate, you name it: Theres a card to blow it up. Probably worst of the eldrazi legends, still a game winner, don't get me wrong, 4 stars as a card, but like 2.5 as a mythic card.

The best Eldrazi because he costs ten and he's a 12/12, worst Eldrazi because he falls easily to removal. But I'll go with the assumption that this thing is the best Eldrazi because he could easily outplay Emrakul because he costs 5 less, he could outplay Ulamog because he costs 1 less and is much bigger... so what if Ulamog is indestuctible? You'll have Kozilek out first, and before you know it, your 12/12 has won the game. And drawing 4 cards isn't so bad, either, to get around the fact that your opponent will have removal, put 4 of these in your deck if you want results.

Kozilek is by far inferior to Emrakul and Ulamog.. Whereas those two have protection from coloured spells + another turn after the one in which you cast it, and the other has indestructability, respectfully,
Kozilek will just fall prey for a Terminate, which will only cost your opponent 2 mana..
