Freed from the Real

Grimoire Thief makes this card a game winner. I built a casual deck around them a day after I traded for my Thieves. It is fun, it is dangerous, it is a two-card combo that can kill or negate anything... perfect.

It's a very powerful card. As long as you have blue mana, you can keep untapping the creature to use its effect again. A prodigal sorcerer suddenly can do X damage to any target for blue mana, Archivist can draw X cards, Arcanus can draw 3 cards for 1 blue mana, and there are other creatures with powerful abilities that Freed From the Real can be connected to as well.

Combine this, Goblin Medics and Paradise Mantle. Equip paradise mantle to goblin medics to give it "Tap this card, add on mana of any colour to your mana pool". Goblin Medics has "When this card is tapped, deal one damage to target creature or player". Then untap it using the mana gained from Paradise Mantle and Viola! Infinite Damage!

Combine with wirewood channel or any other card that can produce 2 or more blue mana and you have infinate mana making creatures with infinate power, infinate damage (fireball, blaze, ect.), and anything else that has X mana cost. If you have an elf deck slap 4 fire balls, 4 channelers, and 4 of these things.

use this card with tide water minion and dimir aqueduct
and psychic drain consume spirit (life drain) to do trillions of damage
or mill all decks around you so you will :)....
