Lux Cannon

I know, 5 stars for this? I'm being generous here because this card can be broken so easily. In a deck running voltaic keys and proliferate there are ways to kill a permanent a turn or even more! I know it's slow and it is, but in a white blue control type deck I can see this card getting out of hand.

Four stars because it's a monster in decks designed to abuse it. Outside of that, this card is painfully slow and should probably only be played in slow-grinding control decks.

not that bad, its just verrrrry slow. But it can give some decks an answer to unreachable enchantments or artifacts, and all decks an asnwer to planeswalkers. its ok, 4 stars

I prefer Magistrate's Scepter over this... But, I like the potential it has in destroying everything short of Shroud and Indestructible. Lands and Planeswalkers have a new enemy! I guess stating the obvious counter combo would be Gilder Bairn or Doubling Season, but I'd prefer keeping the deck Brown and throw in Energy Chamber, Coretapper, Contagion Clasp, and Contagion Engine. Maybe splash a little blue just for Thrumming Bird...

This is a very fun card. Lots of potential if your willing to build a deck around it. It needs specific cards to make it good. Its not just a bomb by itself because its slow without support.
