true us cannot use Crypt sliver to regenerate but thats why you drop this beauty in conjunction with might, muscle or even a legion sliver cause lets face it you get those out and who cares if you can regenerate, even if it protects your queen cause in response to you declaring and attack step i'm gonna tap x slivers and make some expendable chump blockers... honestly L2P slivers... But this baby is a must... i don't need magma sliver i roll with the legion baby. top 5 slivers would have to be Queen overlord legion Crystaline and Shifting and i have to give props to Gemhide, those right there = good game sir.

Just for a response to the guy two down from me, sliver effects are world effects, meaning they aren't targeting a single creature but all slivers, so Crystalline Sliver's effect does not prevent other Sliver's effects unless they specifically say something about target creature.

Exellent sliver, really helps first weak slivers not to get killed. One problem though: can't play magma sliver, but it's still great.

#2 sliver abilitys do not target each other, it just says all slivers have or all slivers get ''whatever ability that sliver is sharing with other slivers, i enjoy using this card becuase it stops creature destroy effects and enchant creature cards and abilitys cannot be used agianst slivers, this sliver is top five for sure

1. brood sliver
2.gemhide sliver
3.crystaline sliver
4. magma sliver
5. heart sliver

This is quite possibly the best Sliver. Most of the Rath Cycle Slivers were. Once it comes out, if your opponent does not have a horde of creatures bigger than a Sliver swarm (unlikely) you negate any creature removal cards in their hand, and can just sit back and play the defense until you're ready to close in for the kill. "Cannot Be the Target of spells or abilities" at the card levle is a nightmare. Autumn Willow, Joreal's Centaur, Humble Budoku, Deadly Insect. That is an ability that wins games, no matter how you slice it. Add the bonus that it's shared by the rest of the Sliver hive when it comes into play. Crystalline, Sinew, Sidewinder, Winged, and Talon Sliver. You're still in two colors. Throw in a Screeching if you want to turn your Slivers into Millstones, or a Shadow for a sudden way to make them all unblockable to everything but Shadow creatures. Plus since your in blue, you have the nice ability to counter. Since your in white, you have the ability to get rid of enchantments and artifacts that are the bane of Slivers. Of course, if your opponent is playing Slivers, you're in for a looooooooong game.

Im sorry but the guy that is two above me in the reviews must not have been playng magic long. I used Slivers when they first came out and I FREAKED when the new ones arrived. If you payed attention, none of the slivers abilities TARGET each other, they just say....they have the ability. So its a MUST HAVE for a sliver deck, I got three in mine just for safety ;-)

SLivers aiding each other are not targeted abilities it is just like a creature that is untargetable can still be killed by a wrath of god. a very good card

#2 really needs to read the rules. None of the Sliver abilities target the Slivers. Even by itself, this is among the five or six best

I have never played a card that bugs my opponent more than this. This is the most essential sliver seeing how they are all small and could be hurt pretty easily. This allows me to bide my time to get combos out. (See sliver queen.) Also it is pretty good all by itself. 2 for a 2/2 eh............... but untargetable, YEAH.

a sliver that can prevent itself and all the others in the brood from being targeted... very nice.this little friend can prevent the all important sliver queen or muscle sliver from diing a horrible death at the hands of a measley little coomon like terminate

This card is certainly useful near the end of a game, but to those who say that Slivers don't target each other, keep in mind that Crypt Sliver, for example, allows Slivers to be tapped to regenerate TARGET Sliver. Crystalline Sliver would nullify this ability. If you aren't using the targetted abilities that Slivers may give, this particular one is certainly a great, great addition to your Sliver deck.

This one is not something u want to think about, becase it cripples all ur ablities, and the slivers will then really suck. This is something u want ot think about if u DONT like slivers.
For a sliver deck, this guy is really bad.

This card sucks because if it cant be the target of spells or abilities than all the slivers wont be able to help each other.
