3cmc for (3) and a descent (+2) that goes with Mill, but (-X) you can''t use w/o the (+2) seems to be a huge drawback. (-10) is overpriced and effectively the slowest planeswalker to "ultimate" since it takes 5 turns to finally use it. Despite all its short-comings, the (+2) and (3) starting in a mill or control deck make this a force to be reckoned with. Any walker with anything higher than a (+1) needs constant attention unless you can "Kill the archer" before the arrow does its damage.Though this is very limited in it''s usage, this remains one of my favorite walkers to date.
