Whoa, a two card infinite combo? The above reviewer is right, what was Wizards thinking? Although with how powerful Time Spiral is, I wouldn't be surprised if they did it on purpose.

Yes, curiosity is better, but it's not T2 legal. Most tournaments are T2. And Flash can be helpful to allow you to pull off the combo at the correct time.

both of you aparently havent been playing magic very long, because there is a great card called curiosty, ever seen it. well let me enlighten you, it only cost one blue, and does the excat same thing just without the flash, and for the niv-mizzet combo you dont need flash. so wizards did this combo when they made niv-mizzet not ophidian eye. but ill give it a three due to its effect, but its not cost effective.
