This plus Jhoira plus.....anything really. Use it to get some INSANE fatties out in the first few turns. Couple with Jhoira's Timebug for that. Or use it with Chronozoa to get your swarm started. Very nice combo.

I have some of these in my saproling deck and it's just great to be pumping out many saprolings per turn. I just ordered a few more of these to pair with bottomless pit and megrim for my black/blue setup. This just has so many fun uses :D

Combo it with something that's suspended after it resolves, and once you get it going, in a RU Suspend deck with Greater Gargadon, you're getting things in like 3 or 4 turns instead of 10...and every turn your opponent's creatures get -1/-1 til EOT (Festering March, and they can get more if you play 2 or 3), and/or every turn you ropponent or one of hois/her creatures take 2 or more (Arc Blade), you can return at least one thing to its owner's hand (Reality Strobe), but yeah...it works best with cards that keep coming back :D

Anything with Panoptic Mirror and this card is great, but i especially like it with Lotus Blossom and Followed Footsteps, not to mention that due to it's low casting cost you can get this out with a Zur the Enchanter. C'mon wizards, y'all are smarter than printing stuff this broken.

What can be said about a card that can almost single-handedly turn the tides of a match, (given the right circumstances anyway), for just 3 mana? I believe it would be, "I'll take four copies please." You can exponentially increase the power of cards like Enduring Ideal, any of the Bringers, Darksteel Reactor, Form of the Dragon, or anything that gives you something during your upkeep by targeting yourself when you cast it. Conversely, you can throw a wrench into the gears of your opponents plans by destroying any chance of them being able to pay their upkeeps/cumulative upkeeps or by making them, say, have to sacrifice twice as many creatures to things like Lord of the Pit. It also makes playing Suspend spells semi-viable. Oh, and if you have more than one, they add even more upkeeps.

I have these in a Thallid deck. With just two in play at a time the thallids are getting 3 spore tokens a turn...yes, a sapoling a turn for each thallid you have!!!

Great combo card, Try ''paradox''on your opponent and through on the ''sulfuric vortex'' add ''furnace of rath'' to really lay it on them. To protect yourself use ''form of the dragon''
