probally a good card w/o nightmaresa 'cause of the ressuraection ability. From Both sides too! The only problem is keeping him alive with only 3/3

really good black card. add some felwar stones to your deck to use the abilities of your opponets creatures that you have stolen. braids is also a good combo with this card.

This card doesn't seem that great in a mono black deck because, if you haven't noticed, you have to pay life for Chainer's ability and black has very little life gain. However, put white in your deck, mabye a tower of eons too, and then have fun watching your opponent's creatures slaugter their former master.

This Card is AWSOME. Say u R Playing a Heavy Black Deck, and u had Scion of Darkness. You could have Chainer in play, and have Scion in ur hand. Cycle Scion, and bring it back w/ Chainers Affect. Scion is alot of Mana so u can get it out only when u have 5 mana

Chainer is an awesome card in a mono black nightmare creature destruction deck. Kill off all your opponents creatures, bring them back with chainer, then get your life back with Drain Life.

i think this is one of the best cards that the magic people havce ever made, won me the game many times.

I think this card is so good due to most of the cards in the torment series is nightmare horrors specialy the new black cards.

Sick Commander. The exile clause if he leaves the field is the only drawback, good balancing/flavor, otherwise it would have been overpowered~
