I agree! Paradox Haze fits any deck that deals with counters ... especially if you're already running doubling season and fungus xDD This card is just sweet ~ and with the low cost - no wonder it's soold out

Obviously not as good as the original Black Lotus, this version can have some uses especially in control decks when you drag the game out as long as possible. Since the Time Spiral expansion there have been several ways to munipulate counters of any kind. Clockspinning fills this role nicely. Of cource we can't forget the mighty Paradox Haze which gives you another upkeep step and making your petal counters dance.

It's five color storage mana. It's meant for a completely different purpose than black lotus but it follows the same concept.

A ton time better then the regular Black Lotus. Although i only give it a four because for one thing it doesn't allow you to instantly sacrifice and add a certain amount of mana to your mana pool, which almost all lotuses are known for. Second, in order to even reach the status of the regular black lotus you would have to wait THREE turns. If you get this out aroudn the time when you have enough mana to get it out, and have a decent amount of petal counters on it, it would already be turn 5, and people usually die by turn 8! Think about it.
