Thran Turbine

activated abilities just became free... sort of :) Love this card, very under rated.

It is weapon of hidden potential. Alone it is pretty much useless, but combined with a multitude of creatures, artifacts, etc. that have either upkeep costs or activated abilities that you use every turn, and it is a weapon you will love to use. I use mine to power my Mill Stones and Grind Stones. It is fun to play a game where your opponent thinks these are useless in the begin, then hate their existence while they discard 4 to 12 cards a turn for FREE.

an underrated card. whenever you can get more mana than the price of the spell producing it, you should look twice and then again. 'cause someone's going to break it , if not now , later. and you heard it here first. super kool art too.........

This is a pretty decent card. Of course it's not earth shattering by any standards, although it is good for a couple of reasons. I give it 4 out of 5 stars due to land conservation.

2 colorless mana for 1? Throw a couple of these in a sliver deck to keep that Queen pumping out slivers without resorting to your precious lands. Of course you could probably also use Worn Powerstone, or Sisay's Ring, but I find this a much more efficient way of playing thier abilities, as that is all it would be good for.

Another good reason this is a pretty cool card, is because it should be a must for anyone playing a mono-black deck. (Ahem, Cabal Coffers? Tell me there is at least one in your black deck?)
