Yep, it was a printing error all along. You force a pokemon up and get an easy KO and a prize card or two. Using this at the appropriate times gives you a significant control over the game. This is easy to abuse in unlimited or any sort of casual setting. If you still have four spaces in a deck, fill ''em with this. You may enrage a few players, but you''ll win a ton of games.
