XX-Saber Emmersblade - ABPF-EN081 - Secret Rare 1st Edition

For those of you who don't understand why Giant Rat was better than emmersblade before rescue cat got banned was the fact that you could search out a cat with the rat... Good thing this is getting reprinted though :D

So much for it getting reprinted in november. still a mst have in any x saber deck and with the naturia arch type those naturia synchros just help x sabers instead of actual naturias. Great card and i hope the price doesnt go down or ill cry..

i now see the reason y this is so useful this card is one of the reasons y x-sabers r deadly because of its ability 2 search through your deck for x-sabers

its all over pojo this card is getting reprinted next month this will kill the price well it was great while it lasted.

Excellent but overpriced, still excellent, the full support for the X-sabers comes from this card, not from giant rat. Still Giant rat is just as useful as this, and thinking back to 2007 with my dragon deck i used to use masked dragons as meatshields until they can't attack anymore special summoning my LV3 and then leveling up next turn to LV5, just like this, however it would be something like giant rat meatshields then Emmersblade meatshields, jsut like that your opponent just cannot touch your lifepoints, after those shields are exhausted you could use pot of avarice, i mean 5 monsters gone to the grave in one turn is just a free pot of avarice going for another run of meatshieling while you can keep attacking with your other monsters or use this to take out Airbellum and synchro for something good like brionac. X-sabers may be weak at the moment but they will be better.
Also, i think this thing will be reprinted sometime soon.

For those saying they do not understand the need for this card well here is the need. Its a 3 star Monster tha speacial summons another x-saber after its death.

It has x-saber in its name (unlike rat) which means if this card and another xsaber are on the field then u can speacial summon faultroll.

Also since it has x-saber in its name it is usable with gottoms e-call unlike rat. It can also be used to syncro with for hyunlie since she need 1 x-saber non-tuner. With the new combos of Pashuul and Boggart Knight and the Rescue Cat to Airbellum and Darksoul, this card can be synced with fullhelmknight or airbellum for hyunlei.

This card is needed because it has the name x-saber. Subbing in with 3 giant rats is not horrible but you do not get the full effect of "x-saber" support cards. It would be like taking lyla out of a sworn deck because u can use dust tornado instead. But what your forgetting is Judgment Dragon effect of need 4 differant names sworns in the grave.

good card but i dont quite get y its useful in x-saber decks i mean the effect is like shning angel or giant rat for x-sabers

Amazing card for the X-saber but way to expensive for a card that obviously needs to be ran in 3's how are people supposed to trade for this?

A very good support card for the X-sabers but the price is ridiculous. This had no business being a secret rare

so good,its basically a goblin zombie for the x-saber deck type. it makes them have such easy access to the faultroll special summon swarm and lets them make hyunlei and goyo along with brionac and gottoms that much quicker,definatly a five out of five.

Great card for the x-saber archetype, its there own giant rat and gives them much more access to 6* synchros like brionac, goyo guardian, and the new saber synchro

Why does people say that giant rat is better? There is 2 types of seachers
1) Giant rat (you have to speciel summon in atk
2) This AWESOME card where you can choose yourself...

This card is better in every possible way...
Think about it with giant rat you have to speciel a XX-saber Darksoul in atk instead of def
So please people, stop saying that giant rat is just as good.

This is a great card i highly recommended to people who use x sabres, my friend used to have this card but they stole it from him in a card shop it sucked

Great card for X-sabers but 1-2 should be ran in the deck, 3 being too much and taking up space of what could have been a gamebreaker card instead of a recruiter card and yes very overpriced

this is a very great card indeed but over priced, cmon judgment dragon has as high prize as this can u even compare these cards?

Alright here's my supreme opinion. for those on this guys side "he can search out airbellum!" "giant rat can't." Did it ever occur to you that there is a guy called XX-Saber Fulhelmknight? He might have a better effect than airbellum and he's also a level three tuner just like airbellum. Think of naturia cliff. It's stats are better and it can be sent from the field to the grave (also better) And it costs about $97 less. And think about this. purchase this or two secret DADs no competition. But I will acknowledge the fact that this is a great card.

This is a great card. I put it as three stars because it costs way too much out of your pocket for what it does. The three playability of this card is awesome in x sabers but i believe the price should be closer to 40 a piece on this card. With book of moon at one I haven't seen any x saber decks around so this is way too much for one of these.

It's so funny because this does the exact same thing as Naturia Cliff but it is 100 bucks. Think about it this way you could have 2 Barkions and 2 Beasts or one of this guy. No competition.

Card is good put giant rat does everything this does except airbellum for alot less money

i agree price should be at lower but it should stay secret cuz the sparklin wings are cool

Overpriced. Only reason this card is any good is its not limited yet and unlike Giant rat, this card can search out Airbellum. Only prob with that is the fact u need airbellum for rescue cat, so i say Giant rat is still great for this set. I saw someone post that this had no reason to be a secret rare.. it did, for th fact taht its a TCG exclusive and not released in Japan. Most every card that is secret rare is a TCG exclusive or a OCG card making is way here finally.

way to much period 3 of these which is what u need is more than most people have in there deck.
