Not the best card ever, but it works well in any Thunder build or even any build that contains only a few Thunders. Even those otherwise weak Watt monsters can make use of this card, really increasing their playability. Not to mention how fun it is to win with a card from the first Anime.

I can't belive that seven years after this card was played on the show they are FINALY making this card! It will work well with any deck that uses thunder monsters.
